Born in Liberia, I moved to the United States with my mother when I was eight. Like many immigrants, I faced challenges early on that shaped my character and taught me the value of resilience.

My leadership journey began as a team lead at a food manufacturing company, where I was responsible for motivating people and helping them perform at their best. One day, a woman told me something that changed everything: "You should become a coach." I didn't know where to start, but those words stayed with me.

Along the way, I faced rejection, bullying, financial hardship, and even homelessness. Those experiences taught me that lasting transformation begins when you face your reality honestly and take responsibility for your next step.
